SignalThread provides tools to capture, analyze, and act on customer signal.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account.
- You must provide accurate information.

You agree not to:
- misuse the platform
- attempt to break or reverse engineer the service
- use it for unlawful purposes
5. Payments & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- You can cancel anytime.
- No refunds unless required by law.
6. Data & Privacy
- You retain ownership of your data.
- We process data to provide the service.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for details. If they conflict regarding the processing of Personal Data, the Data Processing Addendum controls.
7. Service Availability
We aim for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided “as is.”
- We are not liable for indirect damages.
9. Termination
- We may suspend accounts for misuse.
- You can stop using the service anytime.
10. Changes
- We may update these terms.
- Continued use of SignalThread means you accept the updated terms.
