How to Request Deletion
- Email support@signalthread.ai
- Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email associated with the account
What Data Is Deleted
- User profile information
- Lead retrieval data associated with the user
- Uploaded content and notes
- Associated authentication records where applicable
What Data May Be Retained
- Billing or transaction records required for legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention logs
- Data required to enforce legal obligations
Retention Timeline
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
